He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clark Neal and Eleanor Crawford Neal; his wife Maedale Maturin Neal; and his sister Connie Neal. He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Leitz (John); his grandchildren, Jacob Leitz, Zackary Leitz and Chase Leitz; his stepson Travis Louviere (Ida); and his stepgrandson Peyten Louviere.
