He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy P. Foreman and Lucia "Lucy" Guidry; and his siblings, Jason P. Foreman and Kathleen Foreman Ciallella. He is survived by: his sisters, Geraldine Foreman Trahan of Duson and Anna M. Foreman of Houston, TX; his sister-in-law Jackie Foreman; his godson Corey Nichols; and his siblings' children, Jay E. Gilder, Bryant R. Gilder, Michael S. Gilder, Joshua P. Foreman, Chad E. Trahan and Shanna M. Trahan.
