She is survived by: her husband Wallace J. Marks, Jr. of Lafayette; her children, Doyle Keith Charles (Monica Eaglin) of Lafayette, Nelson J. Charles, Jr. (Jackie) of Texas and Charlene Charles Flugence (Francis Fulgence, Jr.) of Port Arthur, TX; her grandchildren, Shawn Charles, Miles Charles, Quin Charles, Christopher Charles, Joshua Charles, Kesika Babineaux, Tamika Babineaux, LaCody Felix, Raquel Powers, Dylan Charles and Joanika Charles; her stepchildren, Jennifer Marks of Houston, TX and Ronald Marks of Alexandria; her siblings, Linton Borel (Diana) of Cecilia, Joseph Borel (Rosella) of Lafayette, David Breaux Jolivette, Thelma Borel of Cecilia, Rena Jolivette Grisson of Houston, TX and Barbara Breaux Jolivette of Houston, TX; her brother-in-law Joseph Landry of Houston, TX; and her godson Steven Borel. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
