He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice; his children, Russell Jr. (Annette) of New Iberia, LA, Douglas (Nicole), Joshua Sr. (Kesha) of Lafayette, LA, Jonathan (Tarunye) of Breaux Bridge, LA and Helen (Morris Sr.) of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Ebonie, Joshua Jr. (Brandi), Marquis, Breion, Bi'le, Chay, Jacoby, Ryan, Nicholas, Kea, Kaitlyn, Malika, Makiya, Paris, Tarya, Jayanma, Zuri, Destin, Taylar, Brandi, Tashad, Joselyn, Jorrian and Kenzzley; and his sister Clementine "Sue" Davis. He is also survived by sister-in-law and brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
