He is survived by: his father Russell Pillette Sr.; his brothers, Byron Pillette (Ceta), Ken Pillette (Cleo) and Marc Pillette (Kasha); and his aunts, Doris Paddio, Merline Robertson (Joe) and Verna Cormier (Roy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with friends.
