With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sally Pesson Babineaux of Lafayette, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 28, 2026 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Pesson and Jewel Segura Norton; her husband Donald Wayne Babineaux; her brother Charles "Chuck" Pesson; her parents-in-law, A. D. Babineaux, Sr. and Gloria Dugas Babineaux; and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Paul "Kenny" Babineaux, Philip Boudeloche, Sr., Ryan Ronsonet, Mark Broussard, Sr. (Linda), Jeremy Broussard and Eugene Broussard.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Sonny Babineaux (Jane), Dee Babineaux and Judy Boudeloche. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
