He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Hamilton and James Burton Furlow; his siblings, Ray Furlow, Inez Danise, Benton Furlow, Ann Grone, Veryl Mercier and Jimmy Furlow; and his granddaughter Danielle Elizabeth Furlow.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline D. Furlow; his children, Candi McVay, Carol Lisonbee (Randy), Scarlet Lofton and Billy Furlow (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ashley Thornburg (Dustin), Megan Wilkins (Matt), Lauren McVay, Kaitlyn McVay, Brandy Hwangbo (Yun), Heather Seal, Jacob Lofton and Rebecca Reid (Harley); and his great grandchildren, Brennan Thornburg, Breleigh Thornburg, Kayleigh Thornburg, Jaxon Thornburg, Kadyn Thornburg, Meridian Wilkins, Piper Wilkens, Ella Wilkins, Forest Wilkins, Kenzley Ledford, Asher Hwangbo, John Thomas Hwangbo, Sayler Furlow, Kashton Seal, Oakley Reid and Rush King.
