She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Monic and Edmay Cormier; her stepfather Willie Cormier; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Monique, Luther Gallet, Manuel Trahan and Wade Huval.
She is survived by: her husband Horace Paul Trahan; her brother Norris Monique; her half-brother Lennis Cormier (Mary); her godchildren, Randy Gallet and Ronta Bellard; and her caregivers, Tillie Westbrook, Betty Malveaux, Vicky Castille, Sue Meche, Erma Arangal, Stella and Horace. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces & great-nephews.
