He is survived by: his sons, Ira Couvillion of Lafayette, LA and Phillip Couvillion (Aarti Surti) of Morristown, NJ; his grandson Sahil Couvillion; and his siblings, Wayne, Craig, Scotty Couvillion, Audrey Duplechein, Donna Simoneaux, Angelique Couvillion and Mary Dye.
