She was predeceased by: her parents, Whitfield Andrews-Dugas and Rose Mary Andrews-Dugas; her son Dwayne Anthony Andrus; her former husband Irvin Andrus, Sr.; her siblings, Rose Mary Mouton (James), Anna Mae Harris, Adrian, Earl (Mabel), Wilbert, Peter (Mabel), Albert (Mildred), Wilfred (Dorothy), Joseph Marshall and Henry (Mary Helen); her parents-in-law, Lawrence and Zenon-Andrus; and her stepson Cedric Andrus.

She is survived by: her children, Irvin Jr., Patrick Andrus (Julie) of Lafayette, LA, Wayne Andrus (Ethel) of Houston, TX, Mark Andrus (Ivette) of Edgewood, MD, Adrian Michael Andrus (Erika) of Albuquerque, Geralyn, Dianne Andrus of Dallas, TX and Barbara Andrus of Houston, TX; her stepdaughter Carol Andrus of Houston, TX; her sons, Wilbert Benoit of Lafayette, LA and Anthony Hillard of Spring Lake, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Gwen Julien, Maybell and Willa Mae Dugas of Port Arthur, TX. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
