With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Mae Alexander of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on December 18, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rogers Martin and Gertrude Martin (Mouton); and her daughter Kathy Holmes (Alexander). She is survived by: her husband George Alexander, Sr. of Lafayette; her brother Harold Clay (Adrienne); and her children, Dena Nabers (Wilbur), Connie Garrett, Nikol Alexander-Floyd (late Gregory), Nedra Alexander, April Greenhouse, Danny Alexander (late Yvette) and George Alexander, Jr. (Angela). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; along with a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends.
