He is survived by: his siblings, Philip, Clarence, Paul and Dorothy; his wife Geraldine Olivier; his children, John David Bulliard (Dora), Christine Ammons (Rob) and Chloe Echezabal (Matt); and his grandchild Aniela Parys.
