It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy John Rushing of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Zach Rushing and Judith Marie Carmouche; and his sister Jeanette R. Milne. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Rousseau Rushing; his son Paul Earl Rushing (Kristen); his grandsons, Robert Earl Rushing and Charlie John Rushing; and his siblings, Emily R. Delaney (Albert), Mark E. Rushing (Sharon) and Steven Rushing (Lois).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Acadiana's Calcutta House or St. Mary Mother of the Church in Lafayette, Louisiana.
