He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Shaw; his grandparents, Solomon, Alice Bob Davis, Lena Vantroy Shaw Gaines and Deal Shaw, Jr.; and his nephew Conrad Alexander.
He is survived by: his mother Frances T. Davis Shaw of Lafayette, Louisiana; his siblings, Spencer Alexander (Melanie) of Lithonia, Bartholomew Gant (Princess), Chauncey Shaw (Alana) of Cypress, Edward Shaw of Missouri City, Texas and Stephanie Shaw of Atlanta, Georgia; his close friends, Tikesha Johnson of Houma, Louisiana, Melvin Johnlouis, Troy Dugas and Melvin Williams; and his godchildren, Solomon Antwine, Drexal Alexander, Khyree Alexander, Kolbe Alexander and Raven Johnlouis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
