She is survived by: her children, Arthur Phillips, Charles Christopher Broussard (Joelisa), Alton Phillips (Heather), Trayme Phillips, Donovan Phillips, Alainer Phillips and Whitney Phillips; and her siblings, Stella "Penny" Phillips, Esther Rena "Wenny" Tine (Tyrone), Mona Lisa "Mona" Phillips, Romona Ann "Nunny" Phillips and Herbert Victor "VJ" Phillips Jr..
