He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Primeaux and Laurmie Peshoff Primeaux; his former wife Ora Dean Brunson Primeaux; his wife Marianna Tanner Primeaux; his son Nathan Primeaux; his grandson Kyle Lee; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Brent Primeaux, Marcus Roy and Nathan Lee Hoffpauir.

He is survived by: his children, Darwin (Linda), Glenn (Vivian), Chuck (Jan), Jonathan Primeaux (Janie), Bethel "Becky" Primeaux and Jan Gaudin (Mark); his grandchildren, Jason Primeaux (Michelle), Brent Primeaux (Mandy), Jacob Gaudin, Jeremy Gaudin (Tammy), Arthur Vick, Stacey Glawe (John), Miriam Gaudin, Megan Matthews (Jordan), Katie Williams (TJ) and Jessica Barivieva (Derrick); his siblings, Bennie Primeaux (Angie), Charles Primeaux (Beverly) and Dottie Hayes; his sister-in-law Alma Brunson Reed; his stepchildren, Cyndi Sellers, Robin Tanner, Lawrence Tanner, Beth Broman and Marcus Tanner; his grandson Jordan Matthews; his great grandchildren, Anthony Williams, Reese, Ethan, Collin Gaudin, Jaxon Bennett Primeaux, Colton Matthews, Jimmy Arkles, Ian, DJ and John Vick; and also, David Early, Randy Oxedine and Mike Ward. He is also survived by ten great-grandsons and ten great-granddaughters.
