He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Junior McCready and Vivian Marie Schexnayder; and his sisters, LeeAnn Vice, Linda Irwin, Margret McCready and Diane McCready.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher James McCready (Nannette), Stephanie McCready Buchholz (David) and Catherine Anne McCready; his grandchildren, Cade Michael Buchholz, Caitlyn Michel'Buchholz and Grayson James McCready; his sisters, Phyllis Authement (Patrick), Cindy Trahan (Ronnie) and Amie Clark; the mother of his children Sonja Champion McCready; his brothers-in-law, Nolan Vice and Bob Irwin; and his caregiver Kim. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
