He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Ashy and Bobbie Lou Stallcup; his wife Kay Dowden Ashy; and his daughter Jennifer Ashy. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kassidy Reneé Jacquneaux (Blaine), Thibodeaux and Tyler Blaire Jacquneaux (Lindsey); his great grandchild Easton Joseph Jacquneaux; and his brothers, John Michael Ashy (Lisa) and Thomas Wayne Ashy.
