It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley J Green of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Ethel Green Davis; his siblings, Charles Daniels (Sofie), Thaddeus Daniels and Sherrie Bell (Keith); his father Robert Davis; his grandparents, Earnest, Lilly Green, Robert and Gussie Davis, Sr.; and his aunts and uncles, Edna Green Bonnet, Barbara Green Washington, Peter Green, Wilbert, Gilbert and Paul Davis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (326 S Washington St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery (1610 Evangeline Rd, Jennings, LA 70546).
