He is survived by: his son Courtlyn J. Winfrey of Lafayette, LA; his parents, Wesley Winfrey, Jr. (Kathleen Fay) of Opelousas, LA and Tracy Lazard of Lafayette, LA; his sisters, Katelyn Lazard of Lafayette, LA, Racheal Rene of Lafayette, LA and Cathryn Bill of Beaumont, TX; his grandparents, Wesley Winfrey, Sr. of Opelousas, LA and Lucille Taylor (John Taylor, Jr.) of Opelousas, LA; his uncle Anthony Winfrey of Opelousas, LA; and his aunts, Shanika Rochon of Opelousas, LA, Staice Lazard White of Opelousas, LA and Shawanna Lazard-Lavergne (Reginald) of Opelousas, LA.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Community Chapel Church of God in Christ (1606 College Ave, Opelousas, LA 70570).
