He is survived by: his wife Betty Landry Guidry; his daughters, Melissa Begnaud (Kenneth) of Carencro and Monica Guidry (Joel) of Carencro; his grandchildren, Kolby Begnaud (Kelsie), Kalen Begnaud (Mia), Cole Guidry (Shanna) and Coy Guidry (Jordyn); his great grandchildren, Wyatt Begnaud, Zoie Credeur, Clayton Begnaud, Mackenzie Begnaud, Lorelie Begnaud, Jude Begnaud, Graham Guidry, Wren Guidry, Avery Guidry and Cooper Guidry; and his siblings, Murphy Guidry (Eva Dell) of Carencro, Patrick Guidry (Valerie) of Carencro and Tammy Guidry of Scott.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
