He is survived by: his wife Kristi Smith Faulk of Crowley; his children, Winston Michael Faulk, JD of Youngsville, Anne Francis Faulk, MD of Charlotte, NC and Allen Morris Faulk of Crowley; his mother Delores Walton McKellar of Crowley; his brothers, Tommy Faulk (Gretchen) of Crowley, Jeff Faulk (Karen) of Crowley and Mike Faulk (Flo) of Crowley; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Cormier (Ron) of New Iberia, Kent Smith (Darlene) of Rayne, Kirk Smith (Kelli) of Moss Bluff and Kevin Smith (Karen) of Scott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
