He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dee Walker and Ida Stuart; and his wife Carolyn DuCote Walker. He is survived by: his daughter Lynette "DeeDee" Heinberg (Jerry); his grandson Chris Callahan; his sister Faye Patterson; his brother-in-law Dr. Martin Zeke DuCote (Becky); and his sibling's children, Pamela Taylor, Gary Patterson, Bettsey Robertson, Karen Thow, Scott DuCote, Ruth Blundell and Pam Peale.
Due to Covid-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
