He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Feverjean and Edlore Feverjean (Laviolette); his brother Keith Feverjean; his parents-in-law, Lucille McLean Hebert and Joseph Hebert; and his siblings-in-law, Joey Hebert and Barbara Hebert Matt.

He is survived by: his children, Derrell Feverjean, Jr. (Jill) of Byron James, Michael "Mikey" Feverjean (Jamie), Corey Feverjean (Kelsey) and Jaela Feverjean; his grandchildren, Anna, Alysse, Slade, Maddie, Sophie, Cadence, Joliee, Luke, Olivia, Dax, BJ Feverjean, Mikey Feverjean, Corey Feverjean, Wayne Hebert and Ronnie Hebert; Derrell Feverjean, Jr..

Viewing was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miguez Funeral Home - Lake Arthur (829 4th St, Lake Arthur, LA 70549). A rosary was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church (203 Commercial Ave, Lake Arthur, LA 70549).
