She is survived by: her siblings, Theresa LeBlanc Robertson, Carlton LeBlanc and Darrell LeBlanc. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, godchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Stevens' Funeral Home (823 N Shattuck St, Lake Charles, LA 70601).
Throughout her professional career, Adrian worked with the Sickle Cell Foundation in Houston, Texas, and also with the State of Texas.
