She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorraine Tinsley and Floyd Tinsley; and her children, Cheryl Parks and Alfonza Johnson (Carol). She is survived by: her sister Nellie Francis of Jeanerette, Louisiana.; and her children, Linda Felton, Dr. Homer Williams Jr. (Beverly), George Tinsley (Teresa), Dwight Johnson (Christine), Tony Johnson (Amanda) and Katrice Hawkins (Jon). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
