It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andre Lewis Jr. of Lake Charles, Louisiana, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Theophile, Thelma Jolivette, Rev. Eddie and Shirley Lewis; and his uncle Thomas Jolivette.
He is survived by : his parents, Jimmy Lee Lewis and Delores Jolivette; his children, Jaslyn Lewis Black, Keith Fontenot, Joshua Castille, Matthew Simien and Roman Woods; his granddaughter Kam Lewis; his daughter Fredricka Carter; his siblings, Martinez Lewis and Sonia M. Lewis; his uncle John Jolivette; and his close friend Maria St. Andre. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
