He was predeceased by: his father Donald Hazel. He is survived by: his wife Maria Hazel; his daughter Mckenzie; his mother Phyllis Hazel; and his siblings, Michael Garrett, Jason Hazel and Brandi Hazel Norwood. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
