He is survived by: his children, Linda Marie Eggins-Thomas (Adrian) of Copperas Cove, Texas, Terry Glynn Eggins of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Charlene Eggins Suttice (Bobby) of Mansfield, Texas, Evelyn Eggins-Alston (Terrence) of Yuma, Arizona. and Artie B. Williams of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Christopher M. Eggins (April), Carlos J. Eggins (Despina), Contessa M. Alleyne (CasCentonio), Adrian S. Thomas (Ben), Ara Thomas, Terrence A. Alston II, Eboni T. Rivera (Ricardo) and T'era A. White (Shameel). He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Shiloh Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Combre Memorial Park (2701 Opelousas St, Lake Charles, LA 70615).
