He was predeceased by: his parents, James Etta Wright and Laval Woodard; his sister Cassandra Wright; and his brothers-in-law, Eugene Malbreaux, Malcolm and Joe Bigelow.
He is survived by: his wife Denisa Bigelow; his children, Ashley Woods (Donny), Keiwanna Bigelow, Jasmine, Casey Bigelow, Krystal and Daryl Bigelow (LaQuilla) of Panama Beach, Florida; his siblings, Marcelette Winters (Donald), Catrella Wright-Malbreaux, Mittie Wright, Gregory Wright of New Llano, Louisiana and LaCreasia Payne of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and his siblings-in-law, Felicia, Stacy Bigelow of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Quinton Guy of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greater St Mary Baptist Church (1917 Harless St, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
