She is survived by: her parents, Alfred Young and Rose Young; her brother Deitrick Shawn Young; her aunts, Burnie Broussard (Felton) and Cheryl A. Woods; her uncle Joseph Young; her great-aunts, Yvonne W. Thomas, Levonia W. Thomas and Doris M. White; and her godparents, Wanda Broussard, A. B. and Donna Franklin. She is also survived by cousins, relatives, godchildren, and friends.
