Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Denise Marie Foret Collett of Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away at the age of 69, on September 28, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Foret and Catherine Foret. She is survived by: her children, Jacob Collett and Catherine Haese (Mike); her grandchildren, Tyler, Harper, Emily and Gus; and her siblings, Gerald (Lisa), Charlene (Mark) and David (Kim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church (3939 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605).
In lieu of Flowers donations may be made to the Lake Charles Memorial Hospital Cancer Foundation which was near and dear to heart.
