He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae and Robertson McZeal; and his siblings, R. J., Raney McZeal, Velma Johnson and Fannie Bush.
He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothy Smith of Schertz, TX, Jerri Rayford of Apple Valley, CA, Gail Evans of Scott, LA and Annette Thomas of Lafayette, LA.; and his son Jeffrey McZeal of Houston, TX.
