He was predeceased by: his mother Ada Mouton Sr. (Hartman); and his sisters, Margaret Hubbard, Laura Bell Rigmaiden and Betty Palmer. He is survived by: his father Edgar Mouton; his wife Mary Mouton; his daughter Misty Washington (Durrell) of Lake Charles; his grandchildren, McKenzie, Miya Bailey, Durrell Washington Jr., Kason Frank, Dylan Washington, Tailor Wilrye, Kenndalynn Wilrye, Charles Bailey III, Kaitlyn Wilrye and Tatiana Wilrye; and his siblings, Jacqueline Mouton Harris of San Antonio, Floyd Mouton (Betty) of Paris and Leonard Mouton of Chula Vista. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
