We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2024, at the age of 64, Douglas J. Fuselier of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Russell Fuselier. He is survived by: his son Daniel of Olathe, Kansas.; his parents, Claude Fuselier and Deola "Dee" Fuselier of Lake Charles; his siblings, Carl (Karen) of Little Rock, Kenneth (Elizabeth), Cyndi Fuselier Drachmann (Jens) of Lake Charles and Sheila Fuselier Ahlgrim (David) of Lake Charles; his grandchildren, Tristan, Keaton, Allacen, London and Owen; and his great grandchild Lexi.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
