He is survived by: his wife Lynette Clark; his daughters, Sarah Simon (Ryan) and Katie Sanford (Jeff); his grandchildren, Noah, Ella, Eli, Cooper Simon, Lily, Annie and Andrew Sanford; and his sister Martha Johnson (Nathan). He is also survived by loving father to his daughters.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Dwain's memory.
