It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl James McManus of Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on July 31, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt McManus and Mary McManus; his sisters, Elenor Johnson and Edwina Thomas; his son Jimmy McManus; and his grandson Kortland McManus.
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Ann Cooper McManus; his children, Stewart Jay McManus (Cyndie) and Paula Kay Cleveland (Shannon); his grandchildren, Natalie Robertson (Brian), Kristen Watkins (Tim Jr.), Cameron McManus (Maradi), Claire Hassell (Josh) and Jonathon McManus (Sydney); and his brother Kenneth McManus (Dona). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
