He is survived by: his wife Pandora "Pam" Johnson; his daughters, Heather Nicole Johnson of Dallas, TX and Haleigh Hargraves (Jalen) of Houston, TX; and his siblings, Dorothy Thomas (late Charles), Doretha Johnson of San Francisco, CA, Robert Lee Johnson (Wanda) and Linda Short (Charles) of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the True Light Baptist Church (1518 Gerstner Memorial Dr, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the True Light Missionary Baptist Church (1518 Gerstner Memorial Dr, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (2646 Opelousas St, Lake Charles, LA 70601).
