She was predeceased by: her parents, Josie Marcantel and Mathew James Pelican; her daughter Rebecca Lynn Corbello Young; and her siblings, Wanda Nevils, Ruby Pelican, Alden Pelican and Chester Pelican.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald H. Corbello (Donna), Sherman B. Corbello Sr. (Brenda) and Bernita Corbello Lebert (Mike). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
