He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Conner (Kevin), Philip Qualls (Phoebe) and Gregory Qualls (Lisa); his grandchildren, Hunter (Alexa), Carter (Hannah), Sadie (Edward), Jonathan (Marleigh), Jacob, Kourtney (Chance), Brooke, Dallas, Claire, Bayliegh, Colby and Kassie; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Drew, Quinn, Levi, Jude, Connor, Grace, Lyla and Sydney; and his sister Aloma Shelton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Houston River Baptist Church (110 W Houston River Rd, Sulphur, LA 70663). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
