He is survived by: his wife Felicia Loray Steele of Lake Charles, LA; his parents, Earnestine Steele and Leroy Gayden (Peggy) of Beaumont, MS; his children, Alexis Steele, Destiny Steele, Freddie Steele Jr. of Hattiesburg, MS, Mya Nicole Hanks and Vaylon Cruz Hester of Lake Charles, LA; his grandson Bryce Alexander Fairley of Hattiesburg, MS; his siblings, Jennifer Wilson (Anthony) of Brandon, MS, Fina Hence of Hattiesburg, MS, Lekida Ramsey (James) of New Augusta, MS, Melva Holliman of Mobile, AL, Roy Gayden (Trina) of Beaumont, MS and Melvin Holliman III of Pascagoula, MS; his father-in-law Larry Hester; and his sister-in-law Latonia Johnson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
