He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Daniel Williams and Ophelia Ferguson Williams; and his brothers, Gilbert Williams and Carl Williams. He is survived by: his wife Ramona A. Williams; his children, Ron Williams (Kim), Dr. Ray Williams (Monica), Susie Williams (Bob Waggener) and Phyllis Foster (Bill Foster); and his grandchildren, Chris McGee (Jessica), Joel D. McGee, Bryan Williams (Anna), Kyle Williams (Liz), Lindsey Perry (Brooks), William Foster (Ann), Angie Kinsel (Scott), Amber Williams, Ricky Williams, Brittnei Boutte (Marcus), Brooke Mouton, Josh Mouton and Emily Mouton. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
