She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Paul Doucett and Katie Doucett (Garoby); her husband Leland Broussard; her daughters, Jeannie Commer (Greg) and Bonnie Gregg Sallier (Brian); her grandchildren, Christopher Gregg (Kaylee), Megan Funderburk, Annie Commer and Gracie Commer; her great grandchildren, Olivia Gregg and Cooper Gregg; and her sisters, Marti Pierce, Jane Parker (JD) and Punkin Hooper. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The American Cancer Society.
