She is survived by: her children, Bernard John Kadlubar (Kathryn) of Houston, Daniel Curtis Kadlubar (Tracie) of Lake Charles and Tina Kadlubar Reggie of Lake Charles; and her grandchildren, Gabby, Ally, Jonah, Sofia, Drew and Emma.
