She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Vanslyke; her son Roger VanSlyke; her brothers, J. B., John and Nelson Winn; her sister-in-law Irene Winn; and her niece Carol Vincent.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Vanslyke; and her brothers, Donald Winn and Richard Winn (Annette).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lakeside Funeral Home (340 E Prien Lake Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
