He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis C. Boyd and Helen King Boyd; and his brothers, J. D. Boyd of Olla, LA. and Elmer Ray Boyd of Jena, LA.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Derouen Boyd; his sons, Creig (Dianne Boyd), Keith (Celeste Boyd), Dwayne (Danette Boyd) and Ray Boyd of New Iberia, Nine; and his sister Emma Jean Bardford of Pollock. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
