He was predeceased by: his parents, Elgin Harlow and Bernice Harlow; and his sister Dottie Harlow. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Harlow; his stepson Joshua Cleveland; his granddaughter Logan Cleveland; and his niece Lisa Little.
