He was predeceased by: his wife Nettie Dee Poole; his children, Dwaine Poole and Shanna Poole Tarver; his granddaughter Alicia Tarver; and his parents, Bill Poole and Helen Poole (Daigle).
He is survived by: his daughters, Danna Wakins and Rebecca Chiasson; and his sisters, Diane Poole Hebert (Pete) of Abbeville, LA and Judy Poole Chiasson of Lake Charles, LA.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the J. E. Hixson & Sons (3001 Ryan St, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
