She was predeceased by: her mothers, Thea McCaig and Catherine Stack McCaig; her husband Billy J. O'Neal; and her brothers, Danny T. McCaig, Thomas H. McCaig and Jim R. McCaig.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy T. O'Neal (Jan), Scott O'Neal (Jeanne) and David O'Neal (Paula); her niece Kathy Tew; her grandchildren, Barrett O'Neal, Ryan O'Neal (Tiffany), Tate O'Neal (Mollie), Chelsea Rudd (David), Jordan O'Neal (Caitlin), Demi Neely (Kyle) and Allie Kirk (Corey); and her great grandchildren, Anna Kate, Elyse, Emery, Cash, Beau, Zoey, Isla, Harper, Lincoln, Owen, Olivia, Eliza, Andrew, Cleo and Alice. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Myers Colonial Funeral Home (3178 US-190, DeRidder, LA 70634). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Susan G. Komen or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in her memory.
