He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Brown and Victoria Ceasar Brown; his daughter Josette Elizabeth Brown; and his siblings, Willie Brown Sr., Calvin Brown Jr., Ivy Brown, Alex Brown, Clement Brown Sr., Alice Miller, Rosalee Cormier and Mary B. Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Brown; and his brother Clarence Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
